Key responsibilities
  • 01Provide administrative and operational support to management

Required qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • UAE experience is mandatory
  • Strong background in administration and purchasing processes
  • Artistic sense and creative skills with an eye for aesthetics
  • Basic to intermediate social media skills (Instagram, TikTok, content coordination; analytics is a plus)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Canva or Adobe tools are a plus)
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in fashion, luxury, art, or creative industries is highly preferred
